Zimbabwe might soon go down into the Guinness book of records for the wrong reasons after digital reports singled it out for cyanide poisoning of elephants.
First rank reports archived by search engines have reflected Zimbabwe as the only country in the world where there has been mass poisoning of the nature’s beast of beauty. On a spectrum of 196 countries in the world Zimbabwe visibly featured as the only one undergoing cyanide poisoning of elephants in the past 15 years.
The development has led to South Africa sending investigators to across the Limpopo to Hwange to ascertain the level and potential of the vile act.

Five suspected poachers are now due to appear in court after two from the group admitted to using cyanide to kill elephants.
The pair has since been convicted, fined $100,000 and jailed for two years.
