Deputies with the Greene County Sheriff's Office are investigating the theft of seven head of Angus cattle near Bois D'Arc.
According to the sheriff's department, deputies were called to the 9700 block of West Missouri Route 266 to investigate the theft. The owner reported four heifers and three bulls, all registered black Angus, weighing 1,300 to 1,500 pounds, were stolen during overnight hours.
Authorities are asking anyone with information to call 911. The Greene County Sheriff's Office also asks cattle ranchers to report cattle thefts immediately.
