Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) - One man is facing charges after poaching waterfowl after hours.
Douglas Kippes was charged with several counts the first being a felony of unlawful possession of a firearm.
The other charges include possession of waterfowl taken unlawfully and shoot, hunt, or take waterfowl after hours, which are misdemeanors.
Kipps is already a convicted felon for trafficking marijuana.
