Three men are being held in Narok County in Kenya over the the discovery of more than 500 kilograms of zebra meat.
It is alleged by the Kenya Wildlife Service that the men were transporting the meat to Nairobi.
The suspects were held following information received from the public.
Wildlife officers have stepped up local surveillance to stem the growing bush-meat trade.
Authorities arrested people two weeks ago with 600kg of zebra meat.
The remains of five slaughtered zebra have been found in southern Narok.
