State wildlife officials say they have found the suspect in a poaching case in North Logan.
Officials seized a 29-inch wide set of antlers from the suspect who faces misdemeanor charges of shooting within city limits and unlawful taking of wildlife while trespassing. Officers were tipped off after someone brought the bucks head into Al's Sporting Goods.
Locals referred to the deer that was killed as the "Greenville Buck" and say it was often seen wandering through residents backyards. Police say locals are saddened by the poaching of the familiar buck.
