A Delta man faces charges related to spotting for deer after police found him in a Peach Bottom Township parking lot on Nov. 21, according to a news release.
Police say Larry Andrew Block, 27, of Delta, faces charges of persons not to possess a firearm, possession of a firearm without a license, DUI, drug possession, driving while DUI, driving license suspended for DUI, and numerous Pennsylvania Game Law violations.
Police said that at 1:10 a.m., Block was seen in a parking lot in the 2300 block of Bryansville Road, spotting for deer. He was also intoxicated, police said.
