Woburn Safari Park is holding a special event on August 31 in aid of Save the Rhino’s ‘Stop Poaching Now’ campaign.
The attraction is supporting Save the Rhino International, who work to conserve populations of critically endangered rhinos in Africa and Asia, recognising that the future of wildlife is inextricably linked to the communities that share its habitat.
Among the highlights of the day will be free time in the Safari Park, time to explore the Road Safari, Foot Safari, Animal Encounters and watch the many keeper talks and demonstrations.
People can meet and greet the elephants and a gourmet buffet will be served in the Safari Lodge including free tea and coffee.
A presentation will also take place in the Sea Lion Cove from rhino keepers.
Charity tickets are £35 per person but they are limited so early booking is advised.
Tickets give you access to the park from 10am and the event kicks off from 2pm.
Annual ticket holders will receive a discount of £5 per person and should call to book on 01525 290407.
