The Victoria Falls Anti-Poaching Unit (VFAPU) received a diesel landrover from the SAVE the African Rhino Foundation of Australia. Bhejane Trust has supplied Charles Brightman’s team with a base and handheld radios, from stock donated to us. The landrover is to be based deep in the Zambezi National Park, at Siansimba, which is a problem area from Zambian poachers. This is a joint National Parks/VFAPU operation, with Imvelo Safaris and SAVE supporting this initiative. This is a very positive action and will bring greater control to this back area.
